I have a question for anyone who has the jurisprudence knowledge.
IS not the Oath of Office, which ALL elected officials take, legally
binding, as in, if you do not LIVE UP to your Oath, you are no longer
not, PROTECTED AND DEFENDED, THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF
AMERICA, FROM ALL ENEMIES, FORIEGN OR "DOMESTIC" is in BLATANT
VIOLATION of the OATH that THEY took VOLUNTARILY. AND does this not
mean, that they are IN CONTEMPT of THE LAW OF THE LAND?
It seems that anytime there is a question of impropriety, no one
wishes to speak "UNDER OATH". Excuse Me? Elected officials are "UNDER
OATH", 24/7 until they are NO LONGER, elected officials!
What seems to have been conveniently overlooked is, Sure, you can
make all the "CAMPAIGN PROMISES" you want, and not abide by them.
But once you "Take the Oath of Office", and become "OFFICIAL",
YOU CAN'T FRIGGIN" LIE! It is AGAINST the LAW!
So, NOW, How many officials are CRIMINALS, and subject to indictment?
I don't think we would have any left to act as investigators, let
alone prosecutors. Just a thought;>)
First last and foremost YOU ARE CORRECT : a proper study of the Congressional Record will reveal that many Members of Both Parties & Both Houses have repeatedly Violated Their Oath Of Office, and WE THE PEOPLE ALLOW THEM TO DO IT ..
You see Candidates and Parties make oral promises during elections - that they know full well "the embedded power brokers in the House and Senate WILL NEVER AGREE TO OR ALLOW TO PASS : AS LONG AS THEY CAN PREVENT THE PEOPLE FROM JOINING FORCES - AND THREATENING THEIR CONTROL ..
