I'm thinking we oughta give new york, washington d.c., florida & california back to the native-americans.....
along with their politicians............
& yes banish bush, cheney & their administration to mexico.......or iraq.

Well, South California, New Mexico, and Arizona are being re-claimed by Hispanics, no work needed there. Yes, lets give the Natives New York - or at least Manhattan if they give the beads & guns back.
DC, was a gift from Maryland, they can have it back, maybe they'll sell it.
Banishment is a great judicial tool, much more civil than prison. I think Cuba would be a great penal colony. I think it has to be an island.
If we give away NY & DC then Philadelphia would be the only city with Capital experience.
So these are not bad ideas if you have a historical perspective.
