Unity 08 plans to put up it's own ballot...where will these candidates come from? Will they be Republicans or Democrats who didn't win primaries but are still viable? And how will the nominating occur? As an example, how will Unity 08 persuade a viable candidate to be on Unity 08 ballot? I'm still new to all of this, so please excuse my questions! THANKS!

I think the plan is to have an online convention next year.
But I'm like you in thinking about Dems & Reps who may finish 3rd, 4th in the early primaries would be exactly the kind of people we want in Unity. Well-known moderates not extreme enough to raise the big campaign cash.
The February primaries should go to the big money candidates because you have to buy a lot of TV time to win in 5-10 states in a few weeks.
So I think March 1, 2024 would be a good time to pull people into the Unity movement, but the leaders want a summer convention. Our convention of 1 million delegates with ballot registration in 45-48 states should tempt a serious candidate to come over to Unity. Also, we are not requiring that they give up their other party affiliation to run.
We are seeking leaders from not only politics, but business and education, for example. It is likely that several of the candidates that do not fare well in the primaries will seek the Unity08 nomination. But remember, they must find someone that is not of their party to be their running mate.

can i be on ballot? im saying not me exactly though i would happily oblige. but a common man someone who works and gets nowhere someone who actually knows what its like to be on the wrong end of the government. someone who isnt exactly pure and has experienced life. honest self educated and who shares absolutely nothing in common with 100% of the current politicians.
i personally feel a radical change is needed right now. and would be more supported by the American public right now more then ever.
so again im saying not me chuck exactly but maybe my neighbor john or dave down the street or.......
