Okay...is this organization running blind? Is somebody asleep at the switch? Hello, is anybody there?
Is there anybody awake on the Rules Committee? Are the comments to the Draft Rules closed, as of May 15, 1007, like the rules state? If so, why hasn't there been some sort of notice...and why hasn't the Draft Rules forum been disabled?
