A candidate whose name has been submitted by another without his/her approval and who DOES NOT wish to be a candidate shall make a written and published statement to that effect. if said statement of refusal is NOT WITHDRAWN by named candidate within 5 days then the refusal stands and the name is PERMAMEMTLY removed from consideration!!!
