What is the intent of using the word 'pledge'? It has no teeth. There is no way to hold anyone to an electronic pledge. Why include it in our language?
Either limit delegates to registered voters, or open it to registered voters and those who will qualify to vote by the general election. Whether or not they actually register is outside our ability to control or verify.
