There should be a page for candidates to say they are willing to run - where they can download forms and an address as well to send the completed hardcopy petitions (if these are even required).
I am willing to run. I say why on one of my blogs, xianlp.blogspot.com. If you are interested in supporting my candidacy after seeing what I say on this and my other blogs and pages, comment or send me an e-mail (available on any of the non-blog web pages) with your contact info and to get the address to send the petitions.
