I believe that before just ANYONE goes to vote on candidates, they should be able to pass a simple "citizenship" quiz. Let's face it, most people are not aware of who/why they are voting. This is because of several reasons-not of importance to them, limited time, etc. If you know the Constitution, Article 2 Section 1 doesn't give/protect our right to vote for president/vice president. Americans should know the Constitution and Declaration of Independence and the purpose behind them. The actual test could be explained later if anyone has comments.
