Every politician has a project or issue that the majority of his/her constituency has NO interest in. All politicians provide for wealthy supporters. And, wealthy supporters provide contributions to politicians that support them. Simply put, it is a symbiotic relationship. And, it has been accepted based on the belief that its human nature. We've accepted the border violations for that same reason. Many of us have that symbiotic attitude with illegal aliens for the sake of business.
Who's fault is it that these things have gone unchecked ? Yours and mine. We have the vote.
None of the other issues in our "Top Issues" can be resolved without this issue being first.
