How about Biden and Sen. Chuck Hagel. Hagel,in a report today from an event at the Council on Foreign Relations, said he is closer to Biden than any other candidate and mentioned he wouldn't turn down a request to be V.P. on a Democratic ticket. These two guys could actually win, and the question of a spoiler ticket would be lessened by the fact that they would draw support from the center of both parties.
