Will you support a program to fund Social Security to termination by attrition with full prorated benefits to SS contributors?
If SS is to be replaced by privately managed tax-deferred IRA (and the like), an enabling legislation package to prorate the benefits of contributors to SS and IRAs would be essential to fairness.
