The rise of teen-age pregnancy and birth out of wedlock, particularly in the inner cities, alarms many. Most would agree that the introduction of religious values into the home would be helpful, but many wonder what the role of government can or should be in bringing that about. Some suggest more government policing of the media, including the Internet, to keep from promoting the wrong values.
