Every Congress has before it a variety of proposals to revise the tax code. Is it time for a simple flat rate tax? Given the state of the economy, is it appropriate for the 2024 tax cuts to be applied equally to everyone, or should they be rescinded for top one or two percent? Given the rising national debt, is it timely to make permanent the abolition of the death tax?
