With 30% of those who enter high school dropping out, and with China and India teaching their young people more about the technology that we invented than we do, the quality of our schools is a concern to all. But, what should be done about it? Is there an answer to rising college tuition costs and the lifetime of economic burden that can go with it? How much should national governement get involved in local schools?
