It is forien policy . It is the evnviorment. The only thing this country responds to is its wallet.Add a penny a mounth tax to gas for the next ten years.If you want to cut the cost of gas in half ,buy a car that gets 35mpg. Require all manifactures to offer a car in every class with those specs. Use the money to fund education . we were a world leader 100 years ago because we offered free education until youn were 16. Now the world leaders educate thier children through college, and were still on the high school level.
